    The Farm House and Cottages at Cil-Coed Uchaf surround the old farm yard, at the foot of the hill surrounded by large old trees overlooking Caernarfon Bay and Anglesey. On a fine summer evening the mountains of Ireland can be seen.

    In the freedom of 33 acres of fields and hills the family can relax and enjoy the walks, picnics, and with plenty of wild life for the children to see, an ideal place for the children to play, no roads to cross which makes it perfect.
    The farm house and cottages are of a high standard and extremely comfortable, situated in a peaceful and secluded area of natural beauty.

    The Farmhouse

    A charming traditional farm house, situated in the old farm yard, ideally situated for the larger family party. It has exposed beams and an ingle-nook fire place. There is also a patio area for barbecues.

    All rooms have sea and mountain views.
    The kitchen is fully fitted and superbly equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, microwave and colour television.

    All rooms have central heating.

    Ystabal

    The old Ystable has been tastefully renovated and superbly equipped into a split level cottage with exposed beams, coal fire plus central heating throughout.

    The lounge and kitchen are situated on the first floor, the lounge has a large picture window with magnificient views of Caernarfon Bay, where you can relax in the evening and watch the sun set.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour television. All rooms have sea and mountain views. There is an enclosed patio at the rear which also is a sun trap in the summer.

    The Ysgubor has been tastefully restored, with its original beams, coal fire and central heating.

    Ysgubor has a character of its own.

    Location and Places of Interest

    Map - Clynnog Fawr
    Cil-Coed Uchaf Cottages and Farm House are situated half a mile from the quaint little village of Clynnog Fawr, which is on the coastal road between Caernarfon and Pwllheli.

    The village has one of the finest churches in Wales celebrated as containing the burial place of St. Beuno.

    There is an Inn restaurant, a village shop and Post Office.

    Snowdonia, Anglesey and the Lleyn peninsula are within 30 minutes drive, with Caernarfon and Pwllheli being your nearest shopping centre.

    This makes Cil-Coed Uchaf an ideal touring base.

    Nearest beach 5 minutes away by car.

    Bookings are from 3pm on day of arrival to 10 am on day of departure unless otherwise arranged as we need time to clean and maintain our high standards.

    Telephone bookings are held for four days pending our receipt of the of the necessary deposit.
