    The Merlewood Hotel
    Merlewood is a purpose built hotel with a commanding position overlooking sea, beach and the busy village of Saundersfoot. In the village there are many shops, pub, cafés, coffee shops, and night club, and is only 5 minutes walk away.

    The hotel is superbly situated in its own peaceful grounds on St. Brides Hill away from the main road.

    We offer our guests many facilities for relaxation, with private sitting out lawns, an outdoor heated swimming pool, children's play area and 9 hole mini golf.

    All bedrooms have en-suite facilities, colour TV, radio, guests own baby listening intercom and beverage tray. Children are very welcome, we offer family rooms and family suites.

    Many rooms have attractive views, some rooms have views of the beach and village.

    We welcome all ages, catering for individual bookings and groups.

    There is ample car, boat and coach parking on the premises.

    Broad Haven Beach Situated between St Govan's and Stackpole Head, Broad Haven Beach lies on the Pembrokeshire coastal path, which runs for 300 Km ( 186 miles) from the cliff tops of Amroth, on Carmarthen Bay to St Dogmaels, near Cardigan. Just to the north of Broad Haven is Bosherston lily ponds, which are covered in a mass of white water-lily blossoms in Summer.
